About us
CHRISTMAS GROTTO PHOTOGRAPHY
With over 20 years delivering Santa’s Grotto Photography our systems have been tried and tested in some of the largest Grottos in the UK.
What we do…
We are keen to make as little disruption as possible to the flow of guests through your Santa Grotto experience to see Father Christmas! We will situate a photo sales desk somewhere nearby the Grotto exit so that photos can be viewed instantly on our screens with no processing delay. Enough viewing screens and sales desks can be setup to suit your grotto size and visitor capacity.
How we do it….
Santa’s Grotto Photography isn’t always easy, which is why we developed our unique in-house software, giving you full reliability. With easy-to-use functionality, very little training is required to use our systems.
Our grotto photography can be tailored to meet your needs and to suit your grotto setup. A popular option is to install a strategically placed camera which is then operated by Santa with a trigger. The photos transfer either wirelessly or hidden cable from inside the grottos out to the sales desk. The photos will already been on the display when the guests exit the grotto ready for them to choose their favourite products.
Our designated in-house technical support team will be at the end of a phone every minute that you are live, with the ability to login remotely if needed. No matter how trivial the issue, we’re always happy to help.
